With the many practicalities of vinyl over other siding materials, many homeowners are choosing vinyl siding for exterior cladding. They can be attacked by termites, and they can splinter, which can injure your children and even you. Real wood is a lot costly compared to plastic vinyl, too. You could opt to use green lumber or cheaper wood products, but they can warp and they last for only a few years. Vinyl siding on the other hand is cheaper, they come ready with your desired color, and they don't catch fire as fast as dry wood does. How about their durability you ask? Vinyl siding can last you with a minimum of 30 years or more, depending on the brand of the material.

If you want to see bricks on your exterior on the other hand but can't afford the cost of expensive bricks, some vinyl brands today have successfully mimic the look of real bricks for a lot lesser upfront cost than real ones. They look and feel just like real bricks: your friends can hardly tell yours is plastic.

No matter what your taste for exterior cladding, you can find samples of vinyl for homes that gives you value for your money more than the real stuff would.
